As I paid for it, the sales associate commented on my item and Dan told her it was a Christmas gift. She stated "only if you can wait that long". Dan proceeded to assure her that I would wait that long and then explained my entire Christmas shopping organizational plan.
I was amazed. I didn't even realize he knew my plan!
The lady literally stood there with her mouth hanging open. She glanced at me when he was done and I assured her that yes, that's exactly what I do each and every year.
She smiled and said, "well, I guess that's a good way to avoid all of the chaos of Christmas."
Yep, it sure is.
So I guess this means that Christmas 2016 has officially kicked off at my house! Yippee!
